My name is Rachel Pasher EIjkenaar.
I am a Lawyer and I assist professionals with their skills in English.
Most professionals in the High-tech industry and in other industries, and other professionals as lawyers, accountants and other advisers, in addition to business owners conducting business around the world- in English, based on international collaborations, services, clients and services or goods providers, including all online commerce - are able to communicate in English. Given that there are still many that would like to improve their skills- allowing them to communicate better and thus, to accelerate in their positions and businesses and for some to move on to new ones. That’s why I’m committed to assisting you - as a professional in any of these fields or positions, in improving your English and your skills while using it- within all of your tasks and responsibilities.
I have extensive experience working with all types of clients - on all levels up to CEOs . My training and my teaching abilities, coupled with my experience as a lawyer, business owner, Intellectual property specialist - all allow me to share in addition to my English skills, presentation and negotiation skills including the ability to listen and to communicate your message in the best of ways.
Working and studying in the USA for many years, including with clients and collogues, have made me experienced in coping with the cross cultural communication barriers and in finding ways to overcome them.
My 1 on 1 online meetings are tailored to the client's needs and they include simulations of communication with clients, potential clients, staff /employees, collogues and simulated interviews.
We will share the zoom whiteboard to collet words or expressions discussed and clients can record the meetings/sessions - to allow them to listen again to the meetings and train themselves in between them.

יש לי ניסיון עשיר כעורכת דין ובכלל זה בתחום הקניין הרוחני- מאפשר לי לסייע ללקוחות בשיפור והעשרת האנגלית וכן במיומניות נוספות כהצגת נושא, האזנה קשובה לצד ניהיול מו"מ ואף ראיונות. המפגשים האישיים אונליין כוללים סימולציות של מצבים על פי הצרכים הייחודיים של כל לקוחה/לקוח.
השהות שלי והעבודה שלי בארה"ב- וכן העבודה שלי לאורך השנים עם לקוחות וקולגות בחו"ל- מאפשרת לי לסייע ללקוחות בפגישות- להבין את ההבדלים בתקשורת עם אנשים היושבים בחו"ל- בעיקר אילו שהם חלק מהשפה האנגלית המדוברת.
במהלך הפגישה נשתמש בלוח הלבן לאיסוף מילים ומונחים חדשים וכן- הלקוחות מוזמנים להקליט את הפגישה- לצורך תרגול בין הפגישות.

WEEKLY 1 ON 1
Set a weekly meeting with a friend or a collogue- groups up to 3 people - to discuss in English any professional subjects chosen by you, to simulate with the group different work place or business situations and to enjoy in addition to my guidance- your peers feedback.
פגישות שבועיות עם קבוצה- עד 3 אנשים- שבה תוכלו לשוחח באנגלית על נושאים הקשורים בעבודה או בעסקים- ולהינות בנוסף להדרכה שלי גם ממשובים של החברים בקבוצה.
WEEKLY GROUP SESSION
Personal online & offline workshops- with a specific goal that a client has such as: preparation of a presentation, preparation of a series of presentations for a conference, interview preparation.
Details to be discussed with client.
Group online & offline workshops- in addition to the goals set for the personal workshop, but in a group of 4-8 people- the workshop can be used to advance the work flow in the group(staff or board or crew), and to improve the communication within the group

סדנאות אונליין ואצל הלקוח לפרטים המעוניינים בהכנה ליעד שיקבע על ידם כהכנת מצגות או פרזנטציות או כהכנה לרצף ראיונות.
סדנאות אונליין ואצל הלקוח לקבצות של 4-10 שנוסף ליעדים בסדנאות ליחידים- יוכלו לשמש כפלטפורמה לגיבוש צוותים, או הנהלות וכדומה
הסדנאות יהיו כמובן באנגלית ובהדרכתי - גם במהלך השיחות בקבוצות
